Overview
ePortfolio or eStudio for creative disciplines
All staff and students have access to Workflow which acts as an ePortfolio or eStudio for creative disciplines. Workflow is integrated with other UAL platforms and can be shared with others outside of the university.
- It enables students to collect and curate images, Video and other media
- Students can publish their content selectively to different audiences (1-to-1, within a cohort or openly online) and share information.
- Students can take control of their area of Workflow, modifying the layout and the visual style.
- Students can also work collaboratively in groups.
Why use Worflow?
There are two main uses of Workflow: Course teams use Workflow to encourage students to make the process of creative thinking visible to each other and to industry. It is also used to improve reflection and research skills. Individuals can independently set up a Workflow site to make their work visible online.
Please note: your Workflow login details will be created via Moodle. This happens automatically the first time you log into Moodle. You only need to log into Moodle once to begin to use Workflow.
