Programme contacts
Working directly with course teams
The CSM Digital learning team are working directly with course teams, to better understand the requirements of staff and students, and provide the most relevant and timely training and support.
In most cases, each programme has two Programme Contacts. Anything picked up by the contacts will be allocated to the most appropriate team member. For example, we can help with:
- Technical support regarding digital learning platforms
- Pedagogical advice re teaching online and blended learning
- Staff training and support in groups or 1:1
- New staff inductions to digital learning platforms and teaching online
- Student support for digital learning platforms, including scheduled Inductions/Q&As and/or access to asynchronous support via our CSM student digital learning website.
Course staff will still be able to speak to other members of the team, and we will continue to work collaboratively across the programmes, including providing cross college support.
