Using non UAL software with your students

There are multiple benefits to using UAL recommended and supported platforms such as Moodle, Collaborate and Padlet. However the University acknowledges that the web is continuously evolving and there are plethora of other websites that lend themselves to learning, teaching and research. We have added a number of websites that we believer have strong educational value but are not part of the UAL suit of digital tools.

Please be aware that there are potential General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) risks of using non UAL learning platforms. Please also note that non UAL platforms are not supported by any of the IT and Digital Learning teams and that they should never be used for summative assessment.
