Help and Support
It is not always easy to know who to turn to and there is also a bluring of some bownderies however the information below should help differentiat between some of the college wide support services
Learning and teaching
Focus on: Learning Design and staff training
Responsibilities vary but centre around contacting students, assignment submissions and enrolment
Technical support
Focus on: Responding to help desk tickets. Monitoring and troubleshooting UAL learning platforms such as Moodle, Workflow and MyBlog.
Focus on: resetting passwords and infrastructure such as the college network and UAL computers (excluding classroom technologies)
Focus on: AV setup and support, typically around large events and the procurement and instillation of classroom technologies
