Digital learning (CSM)

Ideas, advice and support

Setting up and using Moodle, Workflow, Panopto, MS Teams, Collaborate Ultra, MyBlog, Padlet, Miro.

Digital learning (UAL)

UAL- wide staff development and resources 
on digital learning platforms and examples of digital learning in practice

Learning platform related issues 
e.g. using Panopto effectively, maintaining a Workflow collection, Moodle site and structure

Please note, specific support from administration teams will vary between Programmes.

  • Help with:
    configuring Moodle,
    checking enrolments,
    using the online feedback tool,
    adding teaching sessions (where applicable),
    adding assessment or submission areas (using Turnitin or Moodle assessment)
  • Queries may need to be redirected to DLS
