Regular Teams and Collaborate session are restricted to 250 (Collaborate) and 300 (Teams). If you need to reach a larger audience than both Collaborate and teams offer different solutions. This document aims to help you identify the best solution for your needs.

How many people can participate in a Live Event?
Up to 20,000 participants
Is this the same process to set at Live Event and a regular Teams events?
Not exactly, there are different options. The interface is also different when delivering a Live Event. For participants there is little difference (although some features will be switched off).
Is additional software required?
No, no additional software for either the presenter or participants is required.
Can anyone set these up?
No, this facility needs to be ‘switched on’ but once ‘on’ there is no restriction as to how many Live Events you can set up.
