There are both CSM and UAL teams who can help with a wide range of digital learning and IT related queries. Please check below for the best place to get help.

CSM Digital learning team:
Ideas, advice and support for active and inclusive teaching and learning using digital tools.
One-to-one, small group and course-wide training sessions and bespoke workshops/training.
How to use online learning platforms: Setting up and using Moodle, Workflow, Panopto, MS Teams, Collaborate Ultra, MyBlog, Padlet, Miro.
Online moderators for Collaborate Ultra or Teams teaching.
Student-facing support on using digital learning platforms
UAL Digital learning team:
UAL- wide staff development and resources on digital learning platforms and examples of digital learning in practice
Learning platform related issues e.g. using Panopto effectively, maintaining a Workflow collection, Moodle site and structure

Programme administration teams:
Please note, specific support from administration teams will vary between Programmes.
- Help with configuring Moodle, checking enrolments, using the online feedback tool, adding teaching sessions (where applicable), adding assessment or submission areas (using Turnitin or Moodle assessment)
- Queries may need to be redirected to DLS
