3 key updates from the UAL Digital learning team:
1. Collaborate Ultra recordings
UAL will no longer store Collaborate Ultra recordings made before October 1st 2020. Mass deletion of these recordings will take place in January 2022.
In addition, recordings will only be stored for the current academic year and the previous academic year.
If you would like to retain any recordings beyond these times, you will need to upload them to Panopto. Full details are available on Canvas or watch the video below for instructions.
2. Myblog scheduled maintenance: Tuesday 23rd November 2021
Web Services are planning stabilisation work to myblog and require half a day’s down time on Tuesday 23rd November. There will be an announcement on the Myblog login page, Canvas, and on the UAL app for students.
If you regularly use Myblog, please make a note in your Calendar and make sure your students are informed.
