Collaborate Ultra
Policy change
Historically all recordings made in Collaborate Ultra have been accessible via Moodle. Unfortunately, due to spiralling costs UAL will no longer be able to retain Collaborate Ultra recordings made before 1st October 2020. Mass deletion of these recordings will take place on 10th January 2022.
In the future, recordings will only be retained for the current academic year and the previous academic year. Full details are available on Canvas (see button below).
Archiving recordings
There may be examples of recordings that you would like to keep and to support you in this we are running a staff training session focusing on how to download, upload and share Collaborate recordings via Panopto, on Monday 13th December at 2pm.
